We are a small team that cares. We want basic caring principles in every aspect of our work.

Caring in the care industry is not rocket science; a smile costs nothing. If you aren't caring, plenty of other care providers will happily recruit you.

I also believe in investing in my team and providing a nurturing environment. I have had members join as volunteers and, in 6 years, supported them in gaining their registered nursing qualifications.

If we have availability in the team, you will be invited to an interview. We provide a comprehensive induction and provide all statutory training. We hold bi-monthly 1:1's and monthly team meetings to ensure our communication as a team is excellent. An employee newsletter is also distributed monthly via email.
