  • We journey alongside you. We believe care at home is best, and if your care needs change, we can develop and evolve the package. We provide a fully managed service. We are available 24/7, every day of the year, giving you full peace of mind.

  • We focus on relationships. We carefully match loved ones with our fantastic and skilful Carers, and with visits from 30 minutes or more, we place immense importance on nurturing genuine and meaningful relationships.

  • We are experts in elderly care. We believe caring for the elderly goes way beyond routine tasks. Our trusted care and companionship enable those you love to continue flourishing and enjoying life in later years. They receive quality care and carers who are genuinely interested in being by their side.

  • We are specialists in providing care for those with Parkinson’s, MS, people living with progressed Dementia, and End-of-Life care. We work closely with you to deliver the right care.

  • We are not a domiciliary care agency. We contract all our Caregivers and Health Professionals and receive competitive pay and benefits. We do not use zero-hour contracts. We invest in every team member in training, well-being, and happiness. We are proud to be different.

Upfront and transparent

We’re fully upfront about our home care costs. You’ll only pay what is agreed in your assessed care needs in your care plan, so there are no hidden fees or long notice periods.

Angels In Disguise (AID) Homecare is a private care provider rather than a care agency, so you don’t have to worry about agency fees or retainers.

We accept direct payments and Personalised Healthcare Budgets.

If you’re receiving funding through social services and have opted for direct payments, we can accept top-ups to these payments.

If you are entitled to Continuing Healthcare Funding (NHS-funded care), we also accept this funding and top-ups to this funded package of care.

Our expert knowledge of the Health and Care sector enables us to advise you and refer you via a private contractual agreement that we hold with a plethora of private professions, E.g., Podiatrists, physiotherapists, Dentists, Ear Waxing, Handymen, and Gardeners, ensuring the health and safety of your loved ones at home. We hold a directory and have contracts with a selection of professions for us to bridge the gap and get the job done efficiently and professionally.
